Shipping Information
Shipping Zone
• To US customers: we ship within the contiguous USA.
• To international customers: we ship to several European countries including the United Kindom, Spain, Germany, Italy and France. Please check your local Amazon（US,UK,ES,IT,DE,FR) for Liberex Official store.
PLEASE NOTE that this DO NOT include Alaska, Hawaiian Islands or other island territories in the countries mentioned above.
Shipping Cost
All orders ship FREE on www.liberexlab.com with Amazon's FBA shipping service.
We apologize, but we currently do not provide expedited shipping for now.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 48 hours upon payment receipt (Processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
The standard Amazon shipping will take around 3-7 business days to arrive at your address.
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs & Taxes
Please note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery according to the regulations of the destination country. Liberex is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes if occurred. Please check with the Customs office in your country before placing order if you have any doubts.
